The Council formalised a Memorandum of Understanding with the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA). The MOU, signed by Executive Director Harun Hassan and CA Director General Ezra Chiloba seeks to engage persons with disabilities in a 2-year project on measuring the efficiency of Kenya’s mail delivery service.
