FKE HR FORUM-NCPWD Career Portal

I2i consortium is in Nairobi for a job fair with different employers and number of job seekers with disabilities within Mombasa.

The event is organised by Leonard Chesire in conjunction with National Council for Persons with Disabilities, fedaration of Kenya Employers and other partners.

With aim of populating the NCPWD career portal, the NCPWD Career Portal is a component of the wider project on Innovation to Inclusion (i2i).

This platform ensures that women and men with disabilities are actively engaged and retained in meaningful private/public sector employment through, testing, validating, and sharing learnings from interventions that aim to directly improve access to waged employers.

This portal provides a good bond between employers and persons with disabilities also builds skills and knowledge to persons with disabilities and make them employable.

The project is currently piloted in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu.
