This program aims at mitigating the harmful sun rays (UVB and UVA) by providing free sunscreen lotion to all persons with albinism through different government health facilities. Currently the program is providing sunscreen lotions to over 3,800 persons with albinism. Since the inception of the program, the Council has reach approximately 4000 persons with albinism every year across the country. Each person with albinism is entitled to atleast one bottle of sunscreen lotion every month depending on the usage.

The Council released its 2nd Disability Inclusion Status Report, offering a critical evaluation of disability inclusion within Kenya’s public institutions for the 2022/2023 financial year.
